Delete My Account & Data

PokerDrill is privacy-first. We do not require you to create an account, and most of your data lives only on your device. This page explains how to delete the small amount of data we may hold on our servers.

1. What we hold on our servers

For users who have used the AI Coach feature or made an in-app purchase, we may store:

We do not store your name, email, phone, hand history, or any other personal information on our servers.

2. How to delete on-device data (instant)

You can delete all on-device data right now without contacting us:

  1. Open PokerDrill โ†’ Settings (gear icon)
  2. Scroll to "Clear All Data"
  3. Confirm the action

Or simply uninstall the App. Both actions delete your hand history, mistakes, achievements, and all preferences from your device.

3. How to delete server-side data

Please include in the email body:

  • (Required) Your anonymous Device UUID โ€” find it in App Settings โ†’ About
  • (Optional) Your Google Play account email if you want subscription cleanup

To stop a recurring subscription, go to: Google Play Store โ†’ Account icon โ†’ Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ PokerDrill Pro โ†’ Cancel subscription

Cancelling here is required before requesting account deletion if you wish to avoid further charges.

7. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within 7 business days once deletion is complete. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up at support@pokerdrill.app.
